Request for Snow Removal Bids

The City is seeking bids for snow removal from City streets, in addition to the area in front of City Hall and the Police Dept, at 416-420 Highway Drive. Contact City Hall for detailed street information.
Snow removal will be required when 4 inches or more of snow has accumulated. Salt application, or other de-icer, will be required as requested.
Contractors interested in providing these services should provide the following:
- Hourly, or per job, rate for snow removal
- Additional cost when de-icer is applied
- Type of equipment to be used
- Lead time notice required
- Brief history of experience or references
The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance (workers’ comp, liability, vehicle).
Bid responses are due by November 20, 2025 at 10:00 am and should be e-mailed to cityclerk@cityprairiehome.com.
