Draft Ordinance - Mobile Homes & Modular Homes

The Board of Aldermen has been working on updating the ordinance related to mobile and modular homes in the city. Definitions and building techniques have changed over the years and this updated ordinance is intended to clear up questions and confusion.

Please review the draft ordinance attached and contact City Hall with any comments or questions. The ordinance will be on the February 19, 2026 meeting agenda.
